There is one dance floor for all solo, duo, group formations and production.

Please make sure all dancers are ready and in full costume at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start. The given times are approximate and subject to change. The hosts will call participants only once!

Every contestant will get a certificate including the ranking approximately within 90 minutes after elimination. Please see staff members at the check-in counter in the entrance hall of the venue. Certificates are the official proof of ranking (Finalists will get the certificates at the winner’s ceremony) and given only to the Team-Captains.

The official IDO language is English. Therefore, the whole competition will be hosted in the English language. This includes all communication or any written information.

Please make sure team members are wearing the wristband at all times. Access to the venue without a wristband will not be granted. In case of removal or loss, team members will have to buy a ticket at the ticket counter at their own expense.

The price giving ceremony will take place after the finals.

All Solo and Duo Finalists will receive: 

• 1st Place Gold Medal(s) and trophies, one for each participating dancer
• 2nd Place Silver Medal(s) and trophies as above
• 3rd Place Bronze Medal(s) and trophies as above
• 4th - 6thPlace Suitable trophy or participation medal for each dancer.

All Group, Formation and Productions will receive:  

• 1st Place One trophy and gold medals for each participating dancer
• 2nd Place One trophy and silver medals as above
• 3rd Place One trophy and bronze medals as above
• 4th – 6thPlace One trophy per each group/team/crew/formation

Team captains will be asked to leave their cell phone number while checking in. This is in case that the organization team will have to inform you about possible time changes or any issues concerning a team or team members.
